Project Spellstruck Announcement

You’ve been asking, and we’re thrilled to announce our first game concept… Project Spellstruck!

What is Project Spellstruck?

From the creators of Choices: Stories You Play and High School Story, Project Spellstruck is a next-generation narrative game that combines heartfelt storytelling with an original fantasy world, gorgeous visuals, and compelling characters to fall in love with.

Project Spellstruck is the ultimate magic school experience, capturing everything people love about the genre: the world-building, the romance, and of course, the magic.

What is Project Spellstruck about?

Eighteen years ago, the dark arcane Andros Dreadbane was defeated, and Elderwood University was established to protect young arcanes from corruption. Now, it’s time for Dreadbane’s only heir to enroll. But when every student wants you dead—including your infuriatingly attractive rival—will you step out of your father’s shadow, or embrace the darkness within?

Project Spellstruck is a fantasy game with elements of action, time management, and romance, perfect for fans of Dragon Age, Persona, or Fourth Wing, and Choices titles like Blades of Light and Shadow or The Elementalists.

Will you be able to choose your gender?

Yes!

Will there be multiple love interests?

Yes, players will be able to choose from a number of different love interests, like the roguish bad boy or the fun-loving party girl.

What will the art style look like?

We don’t know yet! While we have some concept art (like these images) we’re still a long way from finalizing the overall art style of the game.

When will Project Spellstruck be released?

We’re currently targeting the first half of next year (2025) on iOS, Android, and PC, but we’ll keep you posted as we narrow it down!

Will the game be called “Project Spellstruck”?

“Project Spellstruck” is our code name for the game, not the final title.

We want to know more!

That’s all we can tell you at this time, but we’ll be giving regular updates throughout Project Spellstruck’s development. To stay up-to-date on all the latest, sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media (Instagram, Facebook, X)!

Note: this game is still in development and all parts of it are subject to change.
